Bidra med feedbackIn the morning I tried to make a reservation for lunch but was a bit surprised to find out they operate during evenings (all days). We asked the person on the phone to make a reservation for two and it was granted. But strange again he didn't make a note of my name (as most restaurants generally do). To be truthful after reading the TripAdvisor reviews (English and German), my wife was a bit reluctant to go there. Even I was having the difficulty to judge whether to go or not. But we were bored staying at home all Sunday and hence decided to visit it on a cold and windy Sunday night during the end of November 2015.Ambiance: The decoration was good but in my opinion it was poorly lit. We were having difficulty to read what was written on the menu card. The restaurant has glass walls which is most likely an extension of the main building. So there was no standard heating system (visible) and this made its interior cold. A heater was placed at the far end but it was not strong enough to distribute heat evenly. Do not take a table near the entrance door!Food: We ordered Ayran (middle East yogurt drink) and it was too salty to drink (the ones sold in super market are better). The beer of course was a branded one, so no complain here. The menu card didn't have a wide variety to choose from. We wanted to order fish but it was not available. We ordered two main dishes consisting of lamb and chicken. Frankly speaking the lamb should have been better cooked/grilled. The vegetable which came with the grilled meat was good. The taste of both dishes were good in general but quantity was too less for an adult. There was also a bit of dirt in a couple of salad leaves in my bowl and this spoiled my mood.Recommendation- If you are asked to choose between salad and rice for a dish here, take rice (spicy and flavored). It tasted good since my wife had ordered it.This restaurant is also in shortage of staff. Be prepared to wait for 30 -35 min for the main food to arrive after your order. Only cash payment, no type of cards are accepted.Compared to Shiraz and Djadoo this restaurant doesn't stand a chance. The restaurant needs to improve on a lot of things. I will not go there again and also don't recommend others. It lacks the "wow" feeling!
Nice atmosphere and really good food, try the mezzas they're really good.. The service is very friendly.
It's a good place, we specially take falafel and humus. They have typical meals from Turkey, some greek dishes and also meals from eastern countries. It's a really quiet place, for a strange reason the restaurant is always empty. I would go there for a very special occasion but it's a good and cheap alternative for "unplanned" lunches or dinners. The decoration and the service could improve a bit though.
I had a pleasant evening in this restaurant. In the summer it is even better, because there is open garden for those shisha lovers... Food is amazing. In my opinion the restaurant is underrated, maybe because of bad location. I will return for sure.
