Bidra med feedbackGeneral: Again in Darmstadt and Deutsche Bahn meant it well with me! By bus from Intercityhotel now finally to Portugiesen Adega Alentejana. Portugueses and Spaniards in Germany, according to my experience, can't be joked about a comb. Even in the Portugiesenhotspot behind the landing bridges in Hamburg, the quality is very high. In the end, it depends on the hosts with which they interpret Portuguese cuisine and bring it to the plate. In the Adega, I can confirm this after my visit, map and execution are very authentic and I can highly recommend a visit to Adega! On Thursday evening there were only a few tables in the restaurant, which runs over three rooms after my observation. So I got a table in the room of my choice. Around 19:00 and later, the Adega increasingly filled. Most guests probably intestinal towns at a slightly set age. Unlike in the Grohe brewery restaurant, hardly any dialect was to be heard! The Adega is now available in the 18th century, according to information from the host Maria Santos. Year and she is happy about the good appeal and many regular guests. In addition to the restaurant, Adega has a whisky bar and the beer garden is opened in the warm season. So a diverse offer that Maria Santos offers. The price level is good for bids and I tax it at 3.75 stars. Service: The team was “built” until 19:00. Maria Santos, later two young women, once blonde and German and once from the south. Everyone radiates a pleasant kindness, are attentive and ask if it fits. Flott serves the first Pils and the two essential Vinho Verde to be brought after that were also in front of me quickly. The dishes were also closely clocked. For a cozy evening to two or in a group clearly too fast the main report after the appetizer. You have to make a clear statement. For me as an allegiance with the view of the Europaliga games at the hotel's Sky TV, it still fits. For cashing, Maria had been announced by one of the two young operators. Since I had previously taken the restaurant box with the imprint “Inhaberin: Maria Santos”, I suspected the host at the collection. And it was the blonde woman from the beginning who confirmed herself as a hostess Maria. She was very pleased with the demand for how long the Adega has been and even more certainly that it is accepted very well, as she would like to confirm. The service deserves 3.5 stars. The drinks in the Adega are located at the usual price level: Veltins (probably 0.33 l) can be read at €2.50 on the map, sprout water from the rhoen comes at €0.7 l to €4.90 and the open wines start at €4.00 for 0.2 l. My Vinho Verde moussed easily and was almost cold. Food: The card is not overbordening, but offers everything you hope for at the Portuguese, so stock fish, squid, gambas, various mussels, soups, pig, cattle, chicken and canine. First of all, in a rustic wooden bowl, weededed olives black and green, soaked and delicious. Bread and Aioli first failed. I then ordered the fish soup in Portuguese for 6,50 €, which was served with a basket of coarse-pored barbs, which was well-loved. Even better of course the soup. But I lacked an aioli. I ordered it and it stood on the bon (with bread, which was already served with the soup and was not brought again). A well-filled pottery in the typical Portuguese terracotta dimmer. It was stable and homemade. Well-knobed, without having to act until Transylvania and without further spicing like e.g. with chili. That's what you're doing. I was able to devote myself to enjoying the bread with Aioli, because my fish soup in the medium-sized terrine was really hot. When stirring rum, I came across four clams, which I fished out after the mussel was ripped off. Otherwise in the soup cooked fish inlay and a few small crabs. This doesn't sound quite attractive now, but it's just descriptive. Because the fish fond was as I hoped and expect: lightly ally, oily, tomatoy and fishy, all in a Mediterranean way. I don't expect identifiable fillets. I leaned for soup, bread and aioli with the first glass Vinho Verde so very satisfied and congratulated me if my restaurant choice! Flot my rabbit. I copy the exact description in the menu into my review: “Coelho com vinho do Porto 16,00€. Rabbit in port wine sauce with fresh mushrooms and garlic cloves, served with potatoes from the oven.” Well, it was served in a flat bowl, again nicely hot. The rabbit with several parts of different anatomy. Gorgeously soft, so that all flesh was “sucked” by the bone, and the dish consisted essentially of the delicate garden rabbit meat. This also expresses praise. With meat quality, the tasteless and industrially peeled potatoes were unable to maintain. And unfortunately, the broth was also very reserved. Only one fork delivered a clear clove taste in the mouth. Otherwise, no noticeable garlic or other aromatics that would be expected in a port wine sauce for the seasoned rabbit. So, dear Maria: Give your cook courage to give the Sud handwriting! Lorbeer, garlic, red wine and what you think of Portuguese! Despite the “bodied” rabbit, I have been able to chat Portuguese and forgive four stars for my food. Ambience: The Adega is housed in an inconspicuous house. The front and the entrance at the side do not allow the size of the establishment to be seen. The whisky bar opens up to the left hand. Before and then to the right, the three rooms of the restaurant extend on the street front. They are warm and rustic in colour. Derber parquet flooring, dark tables and chairs, a dark, semi-high wood paneling on the wall make the wood content visually, complemented by warm wall and ceiling colours. An orange dominated in my room. Here I could also see prints on the walls that the artist and factory-related information showed. The lighting was discreet, but still sufficient. I heard Latino music from the speakers. You have enough space at the tables and between them. We have the equipment with salt and pepper dispensers: sometimes mills, sometimes sprinkles. I couldn't discover typical folkloredeko in my room. Cleanliness: In the ceiling edges the spider webs should be removed. Otherwise maintained. In the men's toilet were two of three pusher sets of the Pinkel Basin without cover. That makes a bad impression!
