This is one of my favorite Japanese restaurants in sydney. they serve traditional and interesting, seasonal, unique Japanese cuisine that is very rare to find such a place in sydney. many Japanese restaurants serve frequent, boring, western japaners (or I would say Asian cuisine, but pink is different. I like their comfortable coke. it reminds me to cook my family and dish Japanese izakaya style. it's a pity that pink isn't so close to my house. if this place was in my neighbor, I would definitely go there more often! I love the concept of the menu, eat and restaurant!
Walked around for a yum japanese spot and ended up at rosen. they gave us two of each veggie tempura which was thoughtful. nothing to complain about the steak but the star of the show (not pictured) the dobin mushi, a crab stock soup with mushrooms and prawns. simple yet flavorful. think i'll try some sashimi next time
