Westbrook Tavern - Darling Heights

I was very disappointed with the meal. Our table had Rissoles, Mashed Potato and Gravy. The rissoles were a little dry and without taste, and the potato mashed had a strong taste and was unpalatable. I accept that all employees in restaurants have a bad night if things don't go to plan in their meal, but why would you serve the potato with a burnt flavor. This was a very quiet night with only 3 tables with Diners. But on the positive side the engraving was really nice, but there was so little of it on our plates, it did not disguise the failure of the potato and left the cracks even more dry. I'm not going back.

The restaurant offers fantastic pub fare and excellent service. We tried five different dishes and thoroughly enjoyed each one. My grilled barramundi was cooked to perfection and left a lasting impression. (We also tried the Steak Sandwich, Barra, and Lasagne parmi.)

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to relax with a cold beer or a delicious meal, and of course, share a laugh. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating.

I had dinner at Tavern last weekend and it was a great experience. The food was delicious, there was plenty of parking, and the staff were very friendly.

Great family tavern. Cater for all ages. Great friendly staff and great food. Areas inside and out. Plenty of parking. Great food specials. kids play room, adults Gaming room, pool tables, darts ,tab, keno sport screens. Definitely worth a try.
