Kunga - Darjeeling

The staff was rude, arrogant, and inattentive. We waited a long time for our food, and when it arrived, it was burnt, cold, and poorly cooked. The meal was not worth the price. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Rating: Food 1, Service 1, Atmosphere 1. Meal type: Dinner. Price per person: ₹200-400.

Kunga Restaurant is the SBI of Restaurants. I was shocked to see that the restaurant was closed from 1 to 3 PM on a weekday. We tried going for dinner again on the same day, but hey it was already closed by 7 PM. I don't know how can a restaurant survive with such erratic behaviour. It's better to just plan to go to Dekevas as the food is superb there and it remains open at all normal human timings.

Very bad service and over hyped food. Waiter will not even clean your table if you spill water.
