Para Sushi Ramen - Darien

The Ramen served here is good but definitely not anywhere near the best. However their sushi, in particular their all you can eat offering, is excellent. Very fresh ingredients, well prepared and every roll we ordered we liked quite a bit. We would normally use the Futo Maki as a finishing roll because of its fresh taste but after coming here their Chicago Roll won out due to its very fresh and light nature while looking deceptively like a heavier roll. As a first-time visitor, I was pleased to find a tranquil atmosphere and a diverse selection on the sushi and dinner menu. I was not disappointed with my first experience of the Godzilla Roll—it was delicious! The prices were reasonable for the quality of food, so I decided to order more. Next on my list is the Volcano Roll!

The maki rolls here were excellent, and I plan to try the ramen next weekend... update: I opted for the miso ramen, and it was fantastic. Para definitely deserves a five-star rating!

I absolutely loved their curry age ramen! It had a great flavor with just a touch of spice, which was perfect for someone like me who has a low tolerance for heat. I also really enjoyed the sauce that accompanied the pork belly buns—so delicious!
