Great service! Loved the atmosphere. Would recommend the spicy miso and Sapporo ramen. Best Takoyaki we've had in a looong time. And they use *paper* straws in their drinks! Good for them ?

1. The food was delicious, especially the marinated egg.2. Have the option to customize the salty levels. I personally would recommend less (salty), as regular (salty) is too much for me.3. The portion sizes are a bit small and pricey compared to other ramen restaurants, but a nice option for a quick and easy ramen.4. The service was nice and fast, was never rushed.5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was relaxed and clean.

One star because they will not do much to compensate you. Ordered a drink and paid for a topping for the drink, and I drove home to realize that they forgot my topping that I paid for. I call them and they told me the only thing they can do is give me the topping for free next time I order. That means I am forced to drive all the way back and pay for another drink for the topping. The least they could do for theinconvenience, wasting my time driving back, wasting more money on gas, and wasting more money to order food is to give me a whole drink for free. Will not come back here again.
