Ihop - Darby Township

Came in on an rainy day. There 's hardly an crowd. I waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged and then told 5 minutes then wait another 15minutes . The carpet was sticky annoying. They sat me at an booth when there were plenty table that seated 2 or 1. My waiter was a decent guy named Samir. Nevertheless everything else was just ghetto for better or less word.

I consider IHOP to be one of my favorite Cafes (super nice diners . With such a humongous variety in the menu, if they served cocktails it would be my only favorite Cafe! The best cheesesteak in town at any ihop, proves that a famous streetside grill does not make the best cheesesteak!! Famous does not equal best!!! (Although the coffee is a bit expensive.

Although a bit pricey for an IHOP, it still wasn't too bad compared to what the location could demand. Service was outstanding!

I dnt recommend food was cold had yo ask 2x for water and coffee, finally ask a waiter that was going by and she told brought it to us.

Excellent customer service. Friendly and polite waitress. The music created a warm atmosphere. The food was good and came in a timely manner. This is one of the best IHOP restaurants I have visited.
