El Greco Pizza - Darby Township

I purchased a grilled chicken cheesesteak hoagie, the lettuce was old and the chicken was suspect. It had a wierd smell and taste even my greedy husband didn't like it. I hate to waste food but this was not edible. I used to love their chicken cheesesteaks but this is the second time since the new owners that I've been disappointed oh and we asked for fries with our order, the young lady (who was very nice btw) repeated the order and still no fries.

Order a small white pizza, on 4/29/23. 8:00pm. This is what I received in the box. Freaking unbelievable ?.

Ordered a sandwich-hoagie and they sent the wrong one. I took a bite hoping that that missing stuff was under the meat (as they sometimes do it that way, depending who is cooking) and when I realized the extra stuff wasn't in the sandwich I spat it out since the flavor wasn't the same as what I ordered. I called to tell them and be honest about what happened and they said, they would send the right one and take the old one. I waited and waited and sandwich never arrived. I called back and they said that because I took a bite they can't send the right sandwich. ALAS I was being honest about the one bite that I spat out cause I didn't like it. However, they never called me back to tell me they were not replacing their mistaken order. NOT ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. MR. CHINO (THE NEW OWENER) SHOULD KNOW ABOUT WHAT HIS PEOPLE DO TO RUIN HIS BUSINESS. TOO BAD THEY LOSE 50-60 DOLLARS FROM US DAILY. OH WELL!

Idk who bought this store but the REAL EL GRECO cheese fries was life, they cheese don't wanna let the fries go. More like hot wax on fries Lord help them please...

Good place for cheese steaks and hoagies etc. They must of changed ownership recently.
