Dunkin' Donuts - Darby Township

Large coffee shop that is right down the street from where I live. Also have a Baskin Robbins ice cream shoppe inside. They have a couple of seating areas with 3 comfortable cushioned chairs each and a coffee table. Plenty of tables and chairs with a long counter space. Customer service could be friendlier. Not a good visit new person forgot my order ahead coffee had to wait 15 minutes. No more Baskin Robbins here. Wonder what they are going to do with all that space? WOW!!! They turned this Dunkin into a marvelous Cafe. Plenty of space inside. Lots of counter area makes it look more like a bakery/coffee cafe with tap beer pours. Outside patio with tables chairs and possibly shade umbrellas. Yes!! they have umbrellas. Can't wait until the weather gets cooler to sit outside. Service is top notch 10!! Yes we lovin it . Now called a Dunkin on Tap. Best Dunkin in the Northeast.

Only ordered coffee here. Staff seemed nice enough. Issue, as others have said, was the bathroom. They only had the key to the men's room and it wasn't really that clean. There also wasn't a sign saying you need to ask for the keys

All the guys in this location are very kind and friendly. Real professionals work here! I sit here all day long and no one ever kicks me out. A girl named Rania works in this place. She is very kind and welcoming. She took my order, prepared my latte and brought it to where I was sitting. She is friendly and always smiling. Thanks, Guys!

I stopped coming here a year ago because of how the service and coffee was bad. Today, I came back to give it another try, and it was a great visit!! The atmosphere is so nice, and the woman at the cashier had great customer service and the coffee tasted amazing as well! Love it!

Every time we visit family in the area we wind up at this Dunkin. And every time we cannot get over how genuinely nice the workers are here. We always have a lovely experience and the drive through always moves fast.
