Wendy's - Danville

During our second visit at around 11:10pm, we waited at the speaker to pick up an order but received no response for about 10 minutes. We then noticed several employees inside but no one came to assist us until we honked the horn. The employee who finally came to the window seemed annoyed and did not seal the order bag with a sticker as is customary for DoorDash deliveries. It was a disappointing and unprofessional experience overall, and I feel that it is important for others to be aware of the issues at this Wendy's location.

The manager was very nice, but the employees need to find a job that makes them happy. They were swearing and using their phones, and did not seem to care about the customers or children.
