Bidra med feedbackAbsolutely delicious! They were at a festival we attended and EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious!! We had the boneless chicken wings, shrimp po boy and the smash burger! Yum!!
As buffets tend to be, some things good and others not so good. The fried chicken was very good. So were the lima beans and corn. The apple and peach cobblers were ok. They had soft serve ice cream which we did not try. Overall a good experience. Also, one of the staff broke out into singing a gospel song and she was pretty good. Well received by the patrons having dinner. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
Nothing special, just solidly good. Some of the offerings on the buffet could've been warmer, but hey...it's a buffet. I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. The quality and variety of the food made the low price a great value for me. I recommend.
The food was just ok. Nothing like what we expected. Staff was friendly. We were even warned that a huge group was coming in, if we wanted more food to get up and get it before they came in.
Used to be way better! We 've been regular customers for over 10 years, every time we visit the beach we make sure to eat here. Tonight our party of 10 was told that the 2 teens in our group who dislike southern food/buffets, would not be allowed inside if they weren 't eating. While I understand this policy and I 'm sure there are people who pay for 1 and then feed their kids off their plate, this was not the case. If they had been packed, and half our party chose not to eat, I 'd also understand but again, not the case. The restaurant was basically empty and we brought 8 paying customers . We were even asked can 't they wait on the porch while you eat? UM. NO MA 'AM. I will not leave my kids on the porch like yard dogs while the rest of the family eats. Ridiculous suggestion. It was very easy to see that the teens weren 't picking off anyone 's plate, they just wanted to sit and visit with their family on vacation. Restaurant needs to rethink this policy, and if they intend to keep it, they need to approach it and advertise it more efficiently. No signage anywhere stating the policy so it was left to the hostess to enforce. The food has gone down in quality as well. They need to bring back Isaac and some southern hospitality.
