O'kellys - Danville

Is there anything bad to say about O'Kellys? Let me answer this for you. The place is always clean and I always mean. Customer service is exceptional, always! The prices are decent and you will definitely get your money worth. You need a 24-hour O'Kelly's, so if you wake up in the middle of the night and enjoy chicken salad, you can continue. Great prices, sandwiches are great and delicious. Cinnamon rolls are wonderful. This place was recommended to us recently, very happy it was. Great customer service. A new favorite place for us.

My most recent visit was disappointing. We weren't able to order. I met an out of town friend for dinner. The sign on the door indicated that you should use the other door or the drive thru for service. We walked around the building to the other door to find it locked. The people inside just shook their heads at us and pointed at the drive thru. I understand with Covid and Staffing that businesses need to make changes. It wouldn't take that much effort to update temporary paper signage to reflect that only the drive thru is open.

Food was good but not what I ordered. I believe I heard the man behind me order 2 chicken sandwiches. I bet he had my turkey sandwich. I might try the chicken again. Very good.

This place is great if you want a quick lunch or looking to eat light for dinner. The grilled chicken salad is what I get often and I love it every time. The chicken is marinated in some kind of dressing and baked!! Making it very flavorful!! The cakes and pastries are really tasty too.
