Flavor City Oils - Danville

This store is located directly above the road from the Plant Based and Juice Bar and sells an excellent selection of flavored oils and vinegars. The owners, Debra and Greg, were very friendly and also knowledgeable about vegan versus non-vegan. The quality of the products is excellent. Almost all products are vegan.

We purchased and enjoy several of their oils and balsamic vinegars. We use them in Tofu Scrambles, Pasta, Salads, and almost everything else you can imagine. It's very convenient to simply add a tablespoon of them instead of dealing with individual spices. When we spoke to the owner, he confirmed that all the oils and balsamic vinegars are vegan, even the ones that are flavored like butter! The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is to adhere to the Happy Cow standards, as some of their hot sauces and olives in the smaller room contain honey or cheese.
