Recently visited a high time in this facility and I was very impressed by every aspect of this event. I was familiar with this facility because someone in my family was a member of the adjacent marine, but I had never attended any event in this place. all staff were super friendly and helpful all night, especially when they served the fabulous appetizers. these were to die and they kept them over the cocktail hour available the room for the cocktail hour was very elegant and opened for a beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the waterfront. what was really cool was that after the cocktail hour was completed, they opened a series of sliding doors that lead directly to the main ballroom where the reception was. this room was very large and even more elegant than the room for drinks and appetizers. again all waite staff were friendly and professional, and the main meal was excellent. the filet I had was perfectly cooked and you could cut it with a butter knife. I came very impressed by the whole road away and I don't see how someone wouldn't be completely happy to have their event here. highly recommended!

Had reservations for 3pm on Easter. Wasn't seated until 3:10. The buffet ended at 4pm. Food selection wasn't as good as it usually is. Food was luke warm. Kids were playing on the floors in bunches of 4 with their toys and/or running around our table. Even the coffee was cold. What an awesome experience. Will certainly look for a different place to enjoy my holidays. What a waste of money. Such a disappointment.

My wife, Cynthia Martin, booked a trip with Rite Way Travel to come here on March 10, 2022 to see the Celtic Angels with Celtic Knights Dancers and the Trinity Band Ensemble of Dublin. It was our first time at Danversport. The show was fantastic! We also had a delicious corned beef and cabbage dinner.What was really amazing (because of a shortage of workers nation wide we weren't expecting a good meal experience) was the waitstaff and chefs. There were between 600 700 people there for a meal. The meals were delivered on glass dishes. None of the staff dropped dishes. The rolls were delivered to the table hot. Everyone at our table had the corned beef dinner which was delivered hot to our table individual plated meals. I can't comment on the optional meal of fish because no one around us had fish. The waitstaff was amazing to watch. They worked well as a team. The tables were cleared of dishes before the show. We were seated at table 25. Our waitress was on top of everything. We had a wonderful experience. Thank you Danversport!
