Michael Angelo's Pizzeria - Danbury

This is definitely our favorite pizza in the area, and I am extremely picky with pizza. The staff is always friendly and the pizza and cannolis are delicious! Our favorites include their buffalo chicken, chicken bacon ranch, extra cheese, and meatball pizza!

We ordered take out. The slices were great! The pizza roll was ok and the garlic bread Flatbread you can skip. Chicken parm sandwich was subpar. Pizza two thumbs up! Take out only...but pizza was delicious!

I had Michael Angelo’s pizza for the very first time yesterday (also, my first time staying in Danbury overnight) and I had the pleasure of meeting the owner himself as well has his amazing staff! I walked in and I was immediately greeted with enthusiasm, smiles and jokes galore. The pizza was hand tossed in front of me and was THE BEST pizza I have had since living in CT (I am New Britain resident of 3 almost 4 years). I have zero complaints and 100% recommend this friendly atmosphere.

Someone ordered a pizza no sauce while I was there. Despite that, my traditional slices (with sauce) were great. Best NY-style pizza in upper Fairfield County.

This place is a gem. I’ve been coming here for years. Tommy, you’re truly missed, best of luck to your new endeavors!
