Bidra med feedbackI recently had the pleasure of indulging in the mutton biryani at Dada Boudi Hotel in Barrackpore, and I must say, it was an absolutely divine experience. This iconic establishment is renowned for its exceptional biryani, and their mutton biryani certainly lives up to the hype. As soon as I entered the restaurant, the tantalizing aroma of spices instantly transported me to a world of culinary bliss. The mutton biryani arrived at my table in all its glory, beautifully presented and beckoning me with its vibrant colors and enticing fragrance. The rice, cooked to perfection, boasted long, separate grains that were tender and aromatic. Every mouthful was a symphony of flavors, with the spices delicately balanced to create a tantalizing blend that complemented the succulent pieces of mutton. The meat was incredibly tender, cooked to perfection and infused with the rich flavors of the spices. Each bite was a burst of exquisite taste, leaving me craving for more. The biryani was not overly spicy, allowing the flavors of the meat and spices to shine through. It was evident that great care had been taken in the preparation of each ingredient, resulting in a harmonious and well-rounded flavor profile. The mutton biryani at Dada Boudi Hotel struck the perfect balance between indulgence and authenticity. The generous portion size was noteworthy, ensuring that I left the restaurant feeling fully satisfied. The biryani was served with a side of flavorful raita and a delectable salan, enhancing the overall dining experience. The service at Dada Boudi Hotel was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and passionate about their food. They were more than willing to answer any questions and provide recommendations. The restaurant itself exuded a welcoming atmosphere, with clean and comfortable seating arrangements. In conclusion, Dada Boudi Hotel in Barrackpore has truly mastered the art of crafting a remarkable mutton biryani. With its authentic flavors, generous portions, and top-notch service, it is undoubtedly a destination for biryani lovers seeking an unforgettable gastronomic adventure.
This place requires no introduction. One of the sensational places that serves Biriyani, while keeping up the quality. Visiting on a Saturday night, you can see the queue extending to the road outside, but the management was experienced. Within 15mins, our group of five was called in. This is the renovated 'Adi Dada Boudi Hotel ', and once you walk in, you are transported to a different world, far from the bustling crowd outside. The place has a policy where you will have to share your table if there is a vacant seat. Our group of five was seated on a table for four, which has ample space, but we were given a plastic chair, which was seated low. Even after requesting we didn 't get the proper chair. We ordered the Crispy Chicken. The taste was as good as a Chinese joint in Tangra. Quantity was a bit less so we ordered a second plate. Our vegetarian friend ordered a masala Kulcha and Kadhai Paneer. It took some time, but was served hot and tasted great. Now coming to the main dish, the biriyani was excellent. We got the type of mutton pieces we requested. Their biriyani comes with aloo but no egg. Additionally, the salad served with some green pudina chutney tastes excellent. Although, I must say the rice this time felt a bit bland from my previous two visits. Overall, it 's a must visit for someone who hasn 't been to Dada Boudi.
The Queue was long and it was managed efficiently but different floors have different facilities and complimentary items, which are not displayed outside. It would have been much better, if the differences were displayed about service transparency. The food, Ambience is good but the quality has fallen down (comparing from its Origin days) but still good. A good place to Eat and hangout with all, Friends, Colleagues and Family.
I had their Mutton Biryani before and I loved it, but this time the taste has changed to some kind of masala rice with a big a mutton piece, and thats it. The dine-in experience is not good at all,the staff were very adamant and they have a tendency to make people get up from their seats as soon as they are done with eating. Waiters and the main person who was managing the seating arrangements are very rude. Service-0/10 Food taste-3/10 Price-5/10
Honest review for Biriyani lovers!! I have seen the transformation of this hotel to restaurant! People are not hyping this place, this place really serves one of the best kolkata biriyani! I have tried their other dishes, everything tastes best! Even their service…place have changed so much but the taste remains the same, quantity wise and quality wise both are excellent!
