Good food, I don't know what it is with their Chicken Katsu though, sometimes it looks undercooked and sometimes it looks fineService is quick and timely, order feels like it comes in half the time they tell youThey only recently added TVs for their menus, place does feel clean but clearly old

Delicious food! We got the Saimin, Loco Moco, Kalua Pig, and BBQ Mix super good! The saimin hit the spot!

Underrated place in my opinion:Their burgers are so flipping good. It doesn't matter which one, onions or without onions. Service is considerably fast and the ambience is nice and compact. There are tiny flying nats or flies but they aren't really a big issue

Hawaiian Drive Inn used to be really good. The fried fish plate $11.50 felt flimsy and the taste was missing good fried fish characteristics. For example, they used their tonkatsu breading. They should have chose a lighter flour batter with beer and sparkling water to make a nice, light, crispy piece of fish. The pieces were on the small and thin side, meaning I'm eating more batter than fish. A batter that I didn't care for. Service was fine.

High irritated. Ordered kalua pork didn't check til I got home and it's NOT shredded.
