Estrada's - Daly City

We were here during a 60 person rush the other night. Even with that insane rush they set up an intimate table off to the side. We ended up preferring that table to what we would have had otherwise. It was an amazing night. The pitcher of Margaritas was a great call. Listen to their suggestions on what to order, they know their menu really well.

We went their to celebrate my mothers 89th birthday and when we got there we were told it was closed to the public and that there was a private party going on. Very disappointed.

I wouldn’t recommend this place! We hosted my niece's 13th birthday party at Estradas, and it turned out to be a big mistake. While the staff is friendly, the owner (or the woman claiming to be the owner) was clearly intoxicated. She was drinking behind the bar and tried to shortchange me when I bought a beer. When I pointed it out, she yelled at me and threw my money back at me. The food was just as disappointing...

We had reservation at 4:00 pm when we walked to the door there was a closed sign so we walked in and they guy said he didn’t have a waitress but he will serve us and closed and locked the door. The bar section was open.

I had made reservations for my family, but when we arrived, we were asked if we had made them online, and we were informed that it would take about half an hour or more for our food to be ready. The staff was short-handed, with the person who usually takes orders not there, and it seemed like the owner’s wife was assisting in the kitchen. We ended up waiting a long time for our drinks and appetizers. When our dinners finally arrived, the usual sizzling salads didn't meet our expectations, and the cheese enchiladas had a taste heavily dominated by tomato sauce. Overall, we left feeling disappointed.
