Cold Stone Creamery - Daly City

I visited this store today. There was literally no one in the store. After waiting 15 minutes someone finally shows up. I couldn’t tell if the guy worked there or not. No badge or apron or anything was visible for me to be able to tell. I asked if they had waffle cones for the cup and he said only chocolate which I did not believe. Maybe he just didn't want to make any more. Not sure! Hopefully this isn't a consistent thing. Maybe it was just a bad day for them but overall this is unacceptable. BTW I love Coldstone but this was not ok.

Came in 9:21pm for 2 ice cream scoops. Sign says it's open until 9:30pm. Lazy workers kick me out says they're closed. Hey franchise owner get some new staff, your pm crew is costing you money!

When they are open this is a good cold stone. But they close at 9:30 every day of the week, and Google maps says they close at 11pm on the weekends. Google rejected my edit to correct this twice, even though I included this picture of the hours posted on the store! So this review is here to warn you: even on Friday and Saturday they close promptly at 9:30.

I arrived running before closing time and they didn't want to serve me... why do they have closing time if they aren't going to respect it?

Website says they close at 11. Drove 15 minutes. Got there at 9:25pm told us they can’t help us since they are closed.
