Wendy's - Dalton

Went there about 9:30 this morning and there wasn?t anyone in line. When I got to where you order a girl came out the door and said the manager overslept and they had just opened and didn?t have anything ready. The last time I went I wanted a salad and they said they were out of lettuce and tomatoes. So I ordered a baked potato and they said the potatoes were not ready yet. Another previous visit they were out of eggs. How can you be out of ingredients when you are located next door to a grocery store! This location is pathetic!

This place is the BIGGEST JOKE and if I could give it 0 stars I would! They charge you for things you don?t receive and dont answer there phone EVER. I ordered two cups of chili both with cheese and one with onion and only one of them had chz and there was no onion anywhere. I also ordered the potato with bacon and cheese and there was NOTHING on it. My burger didn?t have onion rings or bbq on it due to them ?being out? but I still managed to pay $25 for over priced cold food! I?ll just stick with McDonald?s from now on.

Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. As a new restaurant in Varnell, I truly wanted this one to be successful but with the current management that doesn't seem promising. I have been here three times since its opened giving them a chance and every time its the same. You sit in the drive through for no less than 25 minutes. The last time I was here I waited in line nearly 30 minutes and they left items off my order. Took nearly as long to get it corrected since the lobby is still closed. This is all a reflection of management.

I've been going to this store since it opened because it is close to where I work. Long wait times in the drive-in has plagued this store. During breakfast time the menu board will show lunch items, and this morning I waited 7 minutes for my order to be taken but no one answered. When I drove around, there were three workers inside, but no sign saying they were closed and no one cam to the window to talk to me. I ended up going to the McDonald's.

They need to find people who are happy about having a job working that drive thru window! Some female running it today is so damn monotoned upset sounding that I don 't think I 'll come back! Her words after everything I said.... "Is that it? Ridiculous!
