Bidra med feedbackFood was amazing and the staff were kind and quick to help. They even made sure to help celebrate the birthday we were having there. Definitely recommend
My expectations were much higher for this restaurant. They served a margarita without ice and poorly made. The restaurant was almost empty and that was the first yellow flag. For those prices the food did not not match with an expected quality.
The food amazing!!! Live music by a pianist, really good dinner! Good prix fixe menu options. Quiet atmosphere, chocolate mousse cake could have been better
Had reservations last Saturday for 7pm. Told the host/server/manager or whoever he was that we had a reservation. Looked at us like they had no idea we had a reservation. Told us it would be about 15-20 minutes. So we go to the bar to wait for over an hour. We finally get sat at our table. Service was almost non existent. Server didn’t seem to care to be there along with the rest of the staff. For a place that claims to be a high end steakhouse the food was sub par at best. Do not go here. There are dozens of other steakhouses in the Dallas area that are much better. Only redeeming quality was that the appetizers were very well made and thought out. Do not recommend at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE
Nothing about The Old Warsaw is worth your time. I’ve genuinely had better service at Popeyes the staff was indifferent to us at best and rude at worst. For the price of a meal here, you’d expect to be seated by 30 minutes after your reservation time, but that seems to be asking too much. The pianist, while talented, was openly hostile to customers that didn’t tip, roamed the tables bugging patrons for money more than once, and gave up on his set 30 minutes early (based on a loud argument he had with the manager in the middle of the restaurant). The steak was decent despite being overcooked, and everything else was subpar. The escargot was clearly canned snails they were trying to pass off as “imported”. If you’re looking for a nice steakhouse that’s worth the time and money The Old Warsaw demands from you, you would be better off at quite literally any other restaurant in Dallas.
