Bidra med feedbackFirst screening of the night on a Friday, and the theater was filthy. Sticky floors, puddles and crumbs on the trays and seats. Bathrooms need cleaning, restocking, and repairs. Food was perfectly serviceable, seats were comfortable, 18% tip automatically added to the bill.
Staff is nice. However, this place is dirty, When I got to the room and seats, I thought it was not ready. Therefore, I told a staff to please assist because seats were full of food, trash on the floor, seats, etc. When the guy got there, he did such a bad job that I had to take the towel away from him and clean our 2 seats. He never cleaned the floor. I will never go there. Disgusting! We took a picture after getting our seats cleaned.
Its the greatest place except for maybe IMax theaters. Why? 1. You don't have a bunch of kids running around or crying and the lady won't take the baby outside the theater. 2. I have what's basically a full menu from both Chill's and a regular movie theater all in one. I can order popcorn, pizza, ribs, and best of all,...ALCOHOL! Who wouldn't want a drink after dealing with the type of kids I mentioned at regular theaters, or after a hard days work to help u relax a little, or lastly, just because its so hot! Do u really even need any alcohol. Hell, just go for the air conditioning. It's always cool inside. Some of u might even need a sweater so take one with u just in case. I can't get enough of it. I go every tuesday because they have movies for $6.50, after taxes. They had $5 pizza last Tuesday. For the price of pizza and a ticket here I cant get even 1 ticket at a regular theater. I do not know if this is every week on the pizza or not but I do know they have certain specials only offered on Tuesdays.
Shivani did an amazing job taking our order and was very professional. Much better customer service than the last times I’ve came. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because the seats seem to not be working properly.
The staff was nice, the reclining chairs are comfortable, and the chicken caesar salad I ordered before the film I saw was decent. Word of warning: a lot of the offerings by themselves cost more than a ticket! I do recommend this place if the usual film fare of popcorn and other snacks won't cut it, though.
