Bidra med feedbackIf I could give Ashley a negative star I would. She needs customer service training and really needs to learn how to talk to people. Her dry pretty much what do you want with a blank stare, followed by a slow down because she doesn 't pay attention, and lastly NAME almost yelling at you in front of every is utterly a disgrace. She should not be front facing if she doesn 't know basic/ remedial customer service skills. I recommend additional training and or putting her somewhere in the store not interacting with customers. I 'll try again and see what happens. It 's almost comical!!
Probably one of the worse Starbucks I've been to. Usually k am greeted by whom ever in there. No greeting AT ALL. I ordered pick up so it would be fast only to see my drink half full. Tried to ask the lady behind the counter about my drink to be ignored when she was JUST talking and being very friendly to the guy in front of me. Another lady approached me and asked if I needed help. Showed her my cup and asked why half full. She explained to me basically that's what I get when I request NO ICE. This has NEVER happened before. She filled it with foam and I left because I didn't fell like the argument. Before I could even get out the door the employees gather together and start talking as she points to me out the window. Horrible customer service. Very unfriendly. This the worse location I've EVER been to.

What a great Starbucks! It’s my birthday today and I went in for my free anything I want to drink or eat…I’m a member of the app.I was treated as royalty and even had the door opened as I was leaving by a very nice young man. Thank you, Starbucks, but spoiling me today.
I’ve been to this location a few times, and haven’t had terrible experiences. The staff is usually pretty kind, and attentive to their work. The wait time has been a lot more than it should be, but other than that this location is good.
