Pizza Hut - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

They close at 11:30p on Saturdays. I walked in at 10:30, they said they weren’t taking any more orders and a Lady comes in behind me and gets free cinnamon stix because they aren’t taking anymore orders. Where is this world going? Won’t be back

Worst customer service ever. Multiple occasions I 've had to leave my house to pick up my pizza because my food was marked as picked up but never delivered. I tried to order just now and they 're telling me they don 't deliver to my address even though I 've order from them several times and I 'm literally 5 min away. Trash! Throw the whole location away and try again.

Horrible !! Horrible!!! Horrible!!! Waited on the phone for over an hour to fix a minor problem with my online order , just for no one to pick up , and for customer service to keep hanging up on me , or transferring me to the store. This could’ve have been fixed within two minutes before they even started preparing my order to deliver it and have it wrong !!!! Horrible location!!

The driver stole my order for a 2nd time and the store was no help just kept hanging up and placing on hold. Never got my refund or a replacement order.

This is the worst place I’ve ever been. They scammed me out of my pizza and money. I ordered a supreme with everything and all they gave me was a pepperoni with onions and said they were out of all other ingredients and would not refund my money.
