This review is for Terminal D. 16oz smoothie was terrible for $12.
Very rude employees- my smoothie tasted like milk and yoghurt (and for $10!! and one of the employees was eating strawberries while she was cutting them- completely unsanitary.
Stopped in recently and while the lady was filling my dish I noticed this roach scurrying across the back counter.I will not be coming back.
Wish I had read the reviews first. I love Pinkberry but the service here was lacking. The employee was more interested in the conversation she was having in her earbud. The only thing she said was what I wanted. Very disappointed.
