I decided to visit this place based on the 4.3 star reviews and… I was majorly disappointed! I wonder are the 5-star reviews genuine?The ice cream was just ok. The flavors were over-powering and multiple toppings/cups unavailable. For example, the day we visited, they didn’t have ice cream cups so you HAD to get an ice cream cone. The toppings are $1 each, overpriced for a tad bit of sprinkles I think. The oreo cloud shake was even worse. The drink was warm and the cookies were soggy!The staff was disinterested and indifferent; they looked like they would much rather be somewhere else. Based on the decorations, the shop reached its pinnacle the day it opened and has been going downhill since then as it looked neglected and sad. The bathroom were dirty. Do yourself a favor and find a better ice cream parlor.

Went in last minute and the ladies in reception were very friendly and helpful, we ordered cranberry ice cream was good, the prices are reasonable and will definitely come back, recommend!!

Just left and all I have to say is one of your servers is rude beyond all means and proud of it. Long story short I have a disability and he could not be bothered to accomadate me. Oh, but eye rolls, rudeness and sass were in abundance.As far as menu items, ice cream and drinks are over priced and underwhelming.

Yummiest little ice cream shop in Victory Park. A little pricey but delicious.
