Whataburger - Dallas

I order so I ordered take out and I paid for it and I've been waiting and waiting and waiting and call the lady. She said you have to wait with the drive-through so I don't know I think to pick up by the curbside where the sign is she said no you have topee with a drive-through car so the author was four or five minute I wait to line 45 minutes, and I'm still waiting until now.This is another best customer service because when she said that she just hung up the phone good job on the work very poorcustomer service

Another day of REALLY poor service at this Whataburger! The lady at the cash register had a acowl on her face when we walked up. She took our order, handed us a number, and disappeared. It's been 22 minutes so far, and we're still sitting here! Meanwhile, lobby is dirty, bathrooms are a mess, and other employees are walking around behind the corner just goofingoff. Coming here was a mistake.

Horrible customer experience. Placed curbside order and waited 20 minutes before entering the store. Multiple other customers at front counter and no employees engaging anyone. 10 minutes later (30 total from order) employee says it will be ready soon.Order presented missing two items. When confronted, same employee says items are in the bag. They weren?t and inside of bag wasshown to employee. Employee told me that if I can?t be patient, I should go buy food somewhere else. Manager was requested butwould not approach the counter remained hiding near the first drive thru window grill. Left location without missing items.Two other customers walked out prior to ordering.

I ordered a burger with grilled jalapeños and realized they weren?t grilled so I wanted to tell them and saw them working with gloves and touching broom and everywhere then cooking with the same gloves. I give them 1 star just because they refunded mymoney. This is not how you work in kitchen. Watch them and don?t get sick .

The food was fresh and prepared by staff that wants you to return and dine again. Actually stays open in the dining room 24 hours
