Bidra med feedbackThe restaurant's hours were not accurately posted, leading us to wait for an hour because we thought we may have arrived at the wrong time. There was no communication from the restaurant in response to our phone calls and messages.
My family and I recently celebrated my niece's 21st birthday at this restaurant and it was the highlight of our evening. We were impressed by the service and overall experience, which exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this spot. We can't wait to go back!
This seems more like a ‘gentlemen’s club’ than a speakeasy. Certainly not a place for craft cocktails and far too noisy for conversation.
Came here to start my bday at 9:15pm on a Saturday, based on local friends recommendations, which we discovered is too early for a crowd there. It was very quiet the music to be frank- sucked. The seat cushions were broken old, it was a pretty dirty place overall. Very clear that things have changed over the years. We had a reservation, but they asked us to move tables shortly in bc someone had just reserved the spot, which I think is a pretty crappy feeling especially on your bday. I expected a lot more from a Dallas establishment.
I really enjoyed my evening at Truth Alibi, it starts off as a really cool lounge ala the speak easy concept but throughout the night the energy really begins to climb and you’ll eventually end up feeling like you’re in a ultra nightclub. Bottle service is available as well as table side cocktail service. I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for a casual speak easy in a unique part of town.
