Bidra med feedbackI took a caprese sanwich on the way to my flight and the whole sandwich- both sides had only 2 very thin discs of mozzarella and 2 very thin discs of tomaten. it was mostly brot. the little dessert bar I tasted old.
That was a long time ago, but my mom and I still talk about this place today. it was thanksgiving and we drove a 3.5-hour layover. we came and sat right away and I remember that the waitress recommended a cheese ravioli with red sauce, which was mouthwater and for the living of me I cannot remember, but a dish with the best green pesto sauce ever. but this place is delicious and I would like to go back.
My hubs and I had 40 minutes until out flight was to depart, so we decided this was the closest best choice to our gate in Dallas Airport. We ordered the Margherita and Pollo pizzas. They were AMAZING. As a midwesterner, ranch dressing is our staple condiment. This place did not have it, but they didn't need it: the pizza is great solo. I HIGHLY recommend the garlic aioli, which is tart and perfect addition for dipping. The crust was thin and very crispy. All ingredients fresh. My Pollo pizza had crunchy broccoli on it! Nom! The crust was light and airy, crispy. Will return should we come back. I paired with a Malbec. Cheers!
28 minutes to get a heap of greens with a small piece of salmon thrown on the top. If you have a flight to catch, you will miss it by eating here.
Stopped for breakfast on a layover in Dallas when we had about 45 minutes. It was around 8:30 on a Friday morning. We were seated and brought water immediately while we looked over the menu. Our server was amazing and had great recommendations. She brought us coffee and was so good at keeping our cups filled. The coffee was very good. We ordered the breakfast pizza and also the classic breakfast. The classic breakfast -2 eggs, toast, bacon and potatoes was so good. And the breakfast pizza sausage, red pepper, red onion, and 2 cheeses topped with 2 eggs cooked to your choice (I did over easy) on a hand tossed crust was unbelievable. The server brought red pepper flakes and Karnes an and hot sauce as well. The pizza could easily have been shared, but was so good I finished it myself. The price was so reasonable as well for two generous breakfasts and very good coffee and the service was fantastic! Definitely the best place for breakfast I have stopped at the Dallas airport.
