Bidra med feedbackWe ordered sirloins cooked medium rare, but the first batch we received was not cooked to our liking. After sending them back, we were served another sirloin that was very pink and had too much fat. My friend ordered a well-done sirloin and I decided to try something different. Despite multiple attempts, we were not satisfied with the doneness of the sirloins. The restaurant claimed the temperature was correct, but we disagreed. We felt that they were not cooked to medium rare as we had requested.
Our experience at this restaurant was absolutely terrible! Despite having a reservation for 5pm, we weren't seated until 20 minutes later because the tables weren't cleaned. When we were finally seated, the table was wet and the menus were dirty. We waited 10 minutes to place a drink order, another 10 minutes to get water, and 20 minutes for a cocktail. Our food took 45 minutes to arrive, and it was overcooked and incorrect. Despite informing the staff that I couldn't eat pork, there was bacon on my food. It took an additional 10 minutes to get new potatoes, and we had to repeatedly ask for drink refills. We also asked if they could sing Happy Birthday, but they forgot and sang for another guest instead. Overall, we will never return to this restaurant. It's best to go to a different Friday's and avoid the disappointment.
Eating outside in April was a pleasure. We were promptly greeted and seated, and our server was friendly and attentive to our needs. It was a lovely atmosphere for getting to know a new friend made at a nearby conference. The food was delicious and the ambiance was pleasant, although the restaurant across the street was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
Everything about our meal was awesome! Our server Teresa especially made our meal experience outstanding! She was pleasant, polite, sense of humor and very attentive! The food was delicious as well. Next time we are in the area we will be back to this location for sure!
We rarely got Sirloin's medium for the first time, one was a little pink, but certainly not medium rare. Sitting in the back, you have one that was very pink! Besides this Sirloin had so much fat, I couldn't even eat a single bite without spiting out a piece, but my friend got another hat was well done. No PINK. Finally tried for a third time. I have something else because I had enough of it, but my friend is on diet. Steak was the reason we came. Finally, no pink, but she ate it anyway because she was tired of it. Then! You have the nerve to tell us the temperature was right, but just did not show pink? You know what? I have a janky thermometer at home that I know that I cannot use for red meat, because unless the length of the thermometer is full in something, it registers too low and I overcook my meat every time with this thermometer. I think we have a case here, but don't think we're idiots and try to tell us we're wrong about what medium is rare. That's ridiculous.
