Bidra med feedbackAwakened and went to Starbucks. The door was locked at 5:30 so that I and another person waited until 6:00 in 33 degrees weather for someone to finally go and say only we will not open until 6:30 someone called. Then the door went inside us to close. Excuse me. At least I could have said come while you wait. But no one has closed the door and left it behind. Very rude and unprofessional of Starbucks.
I live right above the starbucks building so I go to this Starbucks literally every day and quite often twice a day.All the staff are so friendly and they are one of the best people to talk to! Right on point regarding my usuals and if I ever try something different they are the best at giving advices on what to try next. I can always rely on them to make my drink right.
I work nearby so I frequent this Starbucks and we are very lucky to have them so close because they are always on POINT! They never miss. Everyone there is super friendly and they work very quick. Big shout out to Austin and really to the entire staff. Very thankful for them.
I had a great experience at this Starbucks. Andy was very nice and so was the store manager. Drinks are made very fast, sometimes they get backed up. Not a lot of seating but is small location and the store is clean. I had a great experience. There is a shift lead, her name starts with an M and she seems to get angry at employees sometimes.
The only Starbucks Reserve in Dallas proper. Parking garage allows for two hours of complimentary parking. Front and rear entrances make it easy to access the store from the street or parking. Friendly staff. Lots of adorable dogs. Folks working on their laptops, but not staying too long. This is not a study location. West Village Starbucks is a better nearby sit and study or work spot. As always, consistently Starbucks quality.
