Smoothie King - Dallas

Today's My Birthday and I went to get a Smoothie and for the 3 Rd time my order was wrong. I always order a 40oz and keep receiving a 20oz smoothie that's half blended this time there was huge banana chunks and large pieces of ice. Very disappointed for constantly getting my order wrong. Young teenage girls have such a bad attitude that I don't even want to address the miatake

This is the worst smoothie king i have ever been to workers are ghetto and there system is always down This is the closest one to my house so there has been several situations where i have seen worker with cigarettes behind there ears making smoothie all outside smoking lady in window is ghetto listen to music cursing this location will not have to worry bout me I’ll go to Desoto smoothie king this one is not it

I've had smoothie king before, at this location too, but this location has gone down hill. ..both smoothies were bland and tasteless like watered-down...idk..but their smoothies sucked..wish I could get my money refunded.

I ordered a 20 oz Hulk strawberry smoothie and it was more like Rocky Road they didn't take the time to blend it properly. I tried calling to speak with the manager they never answered the phone. They need to hire employees that actually want to work. They people working in there now at this location are lazy.

I recently relocated from Richardson and have visited this restaurant several times. I usually pre-order my meals and they have always been prepared on time, well-mixed, and delicious. On one occasion, an ingredient was missing but the staff member suggested a suitable substitute that turned out to be just as good. I have always been warmly welcomed by the staff, who are friendly and appreciative. This level of service is definitely a standout in this area of Dallas.
