Panda Express - Dallas

Just unbelievable if you want cpme.and eat here at lunch i suggest go somewhere else. Lady is just looking doing anything, employee came to drink from drink fountain and eating while line is more than 20 people., tables duty , nobody in charge.

Worst panda ever!! ONLY one cashier “Isaac” which don’t seem to have sense of urgency!! Another employee “cleaning” tables and saw her multiple times on her phone… what happened to people and work ethics

Joshlynn is a terrible employee and from the looks of it does not like her job. While behind the line instead of searching this young lady was on her phone, touching her face l, clothing then back to handling food. Not one time did she help the only working taking orders and fixing food. She then leaves the line to go get a drink and get on the phone. At this point there are 10 or so people waiting some of which left without food. Please get rid of her so many other people could use the job and be happy.

I have been in Dallas for 3.5 years now. I have always lived in central dallas with this as the closest panda to me. I have caught them over charging me for 3 entrees. I have a million times had to drive to them and ask for teriyaki sauce when they didn't give it to my door dash (TERYAKI CHICKEN includes teryaki sauce, it's not plain chicken). And the servings are so small. Like so smallllll. The fact I've had them as my panda for three years I'm so happy to write this. I now go to the panda in Plano and omg they're amazing. This panda just 3 days ago tried to tell me I never ordered my meal on door dash. I found it and said I'm taking this. And then realized they didn't give me the third serving and the orange chicken was half cooked and the sauce wasn't done. I'm trying to find a way to escalate this upwards so if someone can help me. This panda has always served cold food and small servings. And this time I think it's just pure management the past couple years?

Clean restaurant, fast service. Food is not excellent Chinese. But it's warm and tastes decent, fast and convenient.Definitely healthier than getting a burger and fries.Parking: Lots of parking. Dietary restrictions: I have several food allergies, like wheat, corn, citrus, and eggs. I have no trouble finding something to eat here. I usually go for the chicken with vegetables. (Can't do noodles or fried rice, of course.
