It seems that ALL of these Panda locations have gone down in their service and quality of food, from where they used to be. Each one I have gone to tries to give you old food, dry chow mein, and hard old fried rangoons. They have officially lost a customer. I will never come back.
I visited this location on 8/9/2022 at 9:30 pm through the drive thru. The greeting at the box was basically as follows...we only have this, this, this, this do you still want to order? I was hungry so I did order from the very limited selection. So the young lady gives me my total and proceeds to ask me if I wanted to donate...I cut her off and tell her no I did not. She was like what? I didn 't hear you because I was still talking. Again I told her no I didn 't. I get to the window she gives me my total and I hand her my card and proceeding to ask for teriyaki sauce and hot sauce as she was closing the window. She opened the window back up and said what? I asked for my sauces again. She hands me my card and receipt I put it into my wallet before grabbing my food. You could tell the young lady was a bit perturbed. She hands me my food and before I could even say thank you she says you 're welcome and slams the window while rolling her eyes and turning. I called the number on the receipt they didn 't answer at first so I called back. A young lady named jasmine picked up the phone I asked for a manager and she stated she was the person in charge. I told her my complaint and she said so you mad at her (talking about the young lady in the window). No I 'm not mad at her I don 't know her but I am upset with the customer service that was provided. She goes on and on to ask me if I was mad...nope just upset. She hangs up on me. I call back and she was talking down to me. That 's fine it just shows the lack of customer service training at this store. Fast forward I called today to speak with the manager. Jerry said he was the manager. I explained to him what went on and he was defending instead of being apologetic. He told me he spoke with jasmine last night and expected my call. Already prejudged. He rushed me off the phone and that was that. Needless to say I won 't be going back to that location. The lack of customer service from top to bottom is horrendous.
Bowl short on meat and too much of side...not enough entree!! GRRRSame old story they don't listen to the surveys! A year later ...no meat &too much side....look how much damn noodles is left over and I took a bite with noodles included with every meat and every veggie spoonful!!
We dined in. Food was great.We had walnut shrimp. Angus pepper beef. Wok shrimp. Egg rolls. Cream cheese thingys. Will go back
