Old Hag's Pizza And Pasta - Dallas

I ordered the pasta eggplant dish on spaghetti. It was a wonderful right amount of sauce and cheese. I also had a house salad w ground beef crumbling with beef cheese dressing. Both were delicious. I'll order again.

The hotel was recommended by us. For delivery we had to order $25,00; so we ordered a large pizza with shipping costs $35.00. You? Johns, etc. are they terrible. Well, they just got better. This pizza was not completely boiled; Cheese was a partially melted globe and the crust was almost completely raw. We all took a bite and threw him out. Don't waste your money unless you tell them it's cooked. Then... I'm still clear.

The cash register was absolutely rude. We drove to the place after the lady on the phone said that our order would be ready in 20 minutes. When we arrived, the cashier explained that the kitchen was closed and refused to serve us. Didn't he call me some kind of repentance? Bit*h? I would never come back here again or refer this institution to one of my family or friends. Be very careful of this place.

I had really tried to try his place for a while, so I went in with high expectations. The pizza was okay. However, customer service was terrible. I told the cashier that I was charged three times for my order and showed it on my phone. I asked myself to speak to a manager, he never came and spoke to me, I was told the prosecution would be refunded automatically overnight. I went 2 days later and asked again to talk to the manager, he did not come out although I was there, was told to wait a few days now 3-5 working days. I waited 35 minutes in an empty shop and heard how they argue in the back to go. I came back a week later, my bank told me that this is a problem that needs to be solved here, I asked again for the manager who did not come out again, I was finally issued a refund, I said that looks like I was only refunded once and they said no, it's for all 3 times, but it wasn't. I have not been able to talk to management about almost 2 weeks later, and I have not yet received the refund!

Good lord I can?t describe how horrible the experience was. Why be open so late if you?re going to screw up everyone?s orders? The employees not only got our orders wrong but it took an hour to get our pizza. THEN the employees said my friend never placed an order so we had to wait an extra hour, even when we got our order the pizza was rubbery and I might as well have been eating cardboard with cheese and sauce. I wish I could give this half a star?Worst experience ever, Domino?s would have never.
