Bidra med feedbackLoved the ambience and prompt service. We love the Goat Rogan josh and dal makhni. Chicken tandoori and chicken kabab platter was average.Tea was super refreshing.
I thought I didn’t like Indian food, but a co-worker dragged me here for a business dinner and ordered for me. I’m not even sure what all we had, but it was all really good. I guess I just hadn’t yet been to the right restaurant! Anyway, we had thevegetarian sampler appetizer, which also surprised me because I normally am a big meat eater, but it was great. We also got thebread basket, which was really really good. The goat vindaloo also surprised me because it’s the first time I’ve had goatthat I liked. I can’t praise this place enough. Try it!
I have a great appreciation for Indian cuisine, and this restaurant offers the best lunch buffet I've experienced. The food is clearly crafted with care and attention to detail. We're definitely planning to return for dinner because the quality of the buffet was comparable to dinner options we've had elsewhere. Additionally, the staff was friendly and eager to help, answering all our questions about the sauces and unfamiliar dishes. If you're in the area near the Galleria Mall, I highly recommend giving this place a try.
The service was quick, and the food was served hot. Overall, I would rate my experience at 4 stars. However, I felt that the prices and portion sizes were a bit too high for me to be completely satisfied. I also wish I had ordered medium spice instead of spicy, but that was my oversight; the spicy level was quite intense, so be cautious if you prefer a milder flavor. While the food was decent, I've had better meals at other Indian restaurants. In fact, the last Indian restaurant I visited offered the same meal for $10 less.
I discovered a piece of broken glass in my food. I bit into it, and if I had swallowed it, it could have caused me to choke due to its size. I'm baffled as to how it ended up in the middle of a rice box. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they didn't seem to think it was sharp enough and claimed it had rounded edges. Their attempt to make amends with a complimentary box of jeera rice felt completely inadequate. This could have been a life-threatening situation, and I won't just let it go. I'm taking appropriate steps to address this issue.
