Little Caesars Pizza - Dallas

The worst place to try to order from. The phone doesn?t work and didn?t find out until went there and missed the lunch special by ten minutes and before the manager Robert Castillo would sell me a lunch special he through the three away they had left. Poor customer service then refused to give me corporate office number or higher up management for me to complain so now I?m going all the way to the bbb!

Gave me a pizza that wasn?t even cut and full of tomato sauce barely any cheese

This is the first time I?ve ever received a BURNT pizza from Little Caesars. On my first visit here my pizza took almost an hour and it wasn?t even the right pizza when I finally received it. Today I decided to give them a second chance and this is what I received. I don?t know what you guys are doing at this location but something obviously isn?t working.

I love the wings that’s the good thing but else is not good bad service this kids don’t know how to work because once they get orders from online and customers coming in they get lost they don’t know which order goes to who!!
