Hawthorn - Dallas

It was easy to get a last minute reservation. we sat fast and served quickly. our server was absolutely fantastic. she knew the menu, was pleasant and free, and attentive. this was our first visit and we would definitely like to return!

It was shown in the restaurant and it was closed. very disappointed. I had planned it for a birthday. for a Saturday night and no other reservations I was livid. they said there was a fee of $50! What about a show in the restaurant? Do you think I want to book again? no

Above all. I have reserved 8 people at 19 o'clock. it was for this last Friday, 6. january. it was a company dinner after a long work. when we arrived in the restaurant, it was closed! we were exhausted, hungry and looking forward to an amazing meal. unfortunately we never give this place another chance. there was no sign on the door that explains the closure and if they need to be closed for the day, then they should have changed the settings on open table so that customers could not make a reservation. not just that. we were then stuck on a busy Friday night in dallas, looking for a restaurant that could take our big party.

I made a reservation at 5:30 pm and arrived by Uber. Uber left and then found out they were not opening the restaurant. Horrible experience. Don't book with this retaurant.

Will not be going to this restaurant again. The value of our Food was not close to what we expected! Took 2 hours for service and although it was New Years Eve, management should of done a better job to be ready for spike in business. We found this place as a last resort due to more popular restaurants booked up, and faster than we thought, we understood why. Most patrons had the same feedback as us.
