Garden Cafe - Dallas

Fantastic food and great service. We ate outside in the garden area. It was pretty cool, but they had heaters that helped a lot. The food was unique and amazing.

It is so nice that there are few places in town to eat plant based clean meals in a fun and funky atmosphere. Garden Cafe has been on our list to try for awhile and we finally went for Sunday brunch. There were families, couples and friends enjoying delicious food. The service was very attentive. Our meals: The Huevos del Sale and the Tofu scramble (sides of collard greens and a biscuit) were all very good. We ordered the vegan chocolate triffle and it was GREAT! It is worth the drive to be transported to a place with an Austin vibe. We can 't wait to come back in the spring and summer and take advantage of the huge patio out back and see the garden in full bloom with beautiful produce. Yes, we would recommend Garden Cafe.

We had a reservation at 10:30 am when they opened. Pretty much the only ones with a reservation. We are fairly regular customers. We were the second table sat and the hostess said “there you go” pointing to the table right next to the door which was open as people were starting to come in on this cold Sunday morning. I said “are you kidding me? No thanks we will sit at the bar”. We were there for a total of 45 minutes to eat. There were still 3 empty booths not seated at the time that we left. No comment from the hostess on the way. Never even an acknowledgment.

Had a wonderful time with a group of about eight ladies. Amazing food and amazing service..

Sat on the patio. Five in our party. This is a fun restaurant that serves very good food at a reasonable cost.
