Bidra med feedbackMy spouse and I went to this restaurant for lunch today. The parking lot is quite small, making it difficult for larger vehicles like pick up trucks to fit into the tight spaces. There are a few handicap spots available in the front. This parking situation was a bit frustrating for me. The workers inside were fast and efficient when taking our orders. However, they seemed to be a bit stingy with portion sizes, giving us less than a full spoonful in our bowls. Paying at the cashier was simple with the app. There was a take-out shelf nearby as well. The drink station was well-kept and tidy. The seating area was starting to fill up with customers, but the trash cans were not overflowing and the floors were clean.
I had a burrito bowl with no meat or cheese, just a bunch of veggies. It was almost like a whole food plant-based meal. I was happy to find out that the Veggie Bowl comes with guacamole, a nice touch. The bathroom was clean and the tables were marked for social distancing. Although this restaurant isn't in my neighborhood, I would definitely eat here again if I'm in the area. The staff, especially the young ladies working at the front line and register, were very helpful.

During this chipotle in which is usually better than the others close to places, we were very disappointed by the disregard of our order for pickup. we ordered an salat bowl and a 3 points burrito with extra rice. it was less than an salate bowl and even less than a burrito. I guess my only recommendation is not order online for pickup.
I had so many bad experiences with this place. 1) eating is consistently badly cooked. really mudy rice and dry huh. 2) I ordered a pick-up and ended over 30 minutes after it said it would be ready. 3) yesterday I ordered an salad bowl with light rice and got a bowl with normal tears and no salate. the belt line is much better.
