Bidra med feedbackThere was nothing available like napkins, stir sticks, straws, not even a soda machine in the main area of the restaurant. After we ordered, I asked for a cup of ice and I already had a McDonald's cup to fill. They claimed they didn't have ice and then said they would have to charge for ice. The manager was very rude. This is a very bare bones operation. It's almost like you would imagine a prison to be. Very cheap. Nasty manager.

This experience has definitely made me reconsider returning to this McDonald’s in the future.”
The experience I had at this McDonald's was horrible. I get my fish and the fish was stale the bread was hard and I was already about a mile or two away from the place when I started eating the food I was driving in North Carolina McDonald's food is starting to suck a
Food was hot and fresh and they are wonderful staff there too!!!
03/09/24 @4:40am. Manager was very rude to me. She started off screaming at me thru the speaker after i said hello. When i got to the window she had a very bad attitude I didn’t say much to her i was waiting for her to tell me the total). I only ordered a large sweet tea and she never told me the total. After i paid using apple pay i parked and then i got the notification of an $11 payment from mcdonalds. Then i walked to the drive thru window and told her that she charged me $11 for a sweet tea. She had an attitude and almost slammed my head in the window so i backed up and waited for her to give me the extra money that she overcharged me. When she gave me the money $10) she said “here MF er” very very bad customer service. And i know they should have audio and video at this McDonald’s location
