Mcdonald's - Dale City

It's delicious! The food at this McDonald's is great. I highly recommend it.

Yesterday, I ordered a small diet coke ($1.06) at a restaurant. I handed the drive-thru cashier $5.06 and moved to the next window to pick up my order. As I walked away, I realized I had given too much money and didn't receive my change. I went back and explained the situation to a manager, who returned with my change ($3.95). I pointed out that I should actually receive $4.00. The manager seemed flustered and handed me back the extra dollar rudely. I mentioned she didn't need to be so harsh. She muttered something under her breath. As I stood there trying to find a street on my phone, the manager abruptly came out of the store and accused me of taking her photo. I denied it, but in hindsight, I wished I had. I am aware there are cameras recording the entire transaction. The incident occurred at 6:25. I hope my complaint is clear. The young lady would benefit from additional customer service training and should avoid confrontational interactions with customers outside the building. Please address this issue.

I love her fries. When I say I love her friends, I mean it, because if I go, I have to have pommes. Sometimes I ask my mother or aunt to get Pommes.

I never had problems with this Mcdonald, but tonight was such a bad experience. The night leader was terrible her name was Rosa or Losa not sure what she said. I work for Doordash as a side job. I have an order, I wait in the drive thru for 40 minutes to get the order for the customer when I was in the window, she was as rude as she wasn't I have this order in my system I show her my phone the address and the order number to show her this was the correct memory. She told me she wouldn't make the order at all. I told her she's messing up my money and she didn't care. she had the evil attitude, should definitely not be a manager with this behavior. Then I asked her who was the GM and then she wants to act as she takes care of me and the customer. You like oh what your phone number and name Im like oh now take care You are because I asked who your boss is. This manager let me lose $10 because she's lazy and rude.

As usual, bags need to be checked because something is always missing. The two happy meals arrived without the sauces and extra items I ordered. I had to inquire about my missing meal, and they only gave me the burger without the fries and drink. Despite ordering Dr. Pepper, the server insisted it was correct but it was not. I had to request the extra nuggets as well. Overall, my experience at this restaurant is consistently frustrating.
