Carmen's Restaurant

First visit the place was too crowded so we made to wait for about 15 minutes. When it was our turn to enter, we were ushered to an area under a garage, no longer near the main area of the resto. The food was tasty then. Second visit the place was crowded also but we were ushered to the main area just right in front of the band. The food was tasty then. Third visit this time the place was not crowded and we were at the main area of the resto. However, i found the food not tasty and it was bland. Everything not seemed to be the taste that i was expecting it to be. From there, i decided not to go back to that resto anymore. Or maybe, i will give this resto another chance in the near future.

Everytime we are in malolos we have to pass by Carmens. They have a live band, serves good food. Limited parking is the only concern.

Carmens has a poor quality of serving time. I and my boyfriend was having a date last February at Carmens. We've ordered a lot!!! Then they'd takw our order and then! It took an hour before they have serve our meal.

The location is very accesible in Malolos Bulacan, along the highway. The foods are very good yet affordable price. You can also enjoy the music here. They have live bands during dinner.

If you're looking for a garden restaurant with a wide variety of dishes but won't rob your wallet, we might just know of the place. Located in an easy-to-find spot in Malolos City, Carmen's Restaurant is one of the few things that make dining in Malolos such a breeze and a truly delectable experience. We dined in here one Sunday noon and we had a really nice time. I particularly liked the Kare-Kare Beef and the Leche Flan Macapuno.
