Bidra med feedbackAnother surprise and nice place to go for Malaysia food. Fantastic and taste good. Worth to go for second, third, well, be frank, should be endless time. Ordered a Char Koay Teow, Nasi Lemak, 滑蛋河. The taste is so nice and similar to local hometown. Note: Personal suggestion... perhaps the disposed food bin shall be relocated to some other place instead of putting in front of rest room.
Nasi Lemak is pretty good, really liked the fried chicken, but I would prefer the sambal more spicy. Service is great too
As Malaysians, we felt that Mr. Chee Kopitiam serves pretty authentic tasting dishes overall. Service was overall good with dishes coming pretty quickly. The Iced Milo did require a reminder but I 'm not too disappointed. Nasi Lemak with Sambal Prawns Overall was pretty great. The rice was aromatic and tasty. My kids loved it. The sambal was the right amount of spicy. We wishes there was more of it. The chicken was juicy and the anchovies with peanut was crunchy. The only point deduction here is the prawns would have been better if fried together with the sambal for added fragrance and taste. 4/5 Wat tan hor (Fried flat noodles with gravy) Traditionally, this should have been using a wider type of noodles called 'hor fun '. Instead, it looked like they substituted it with 'koay teow ', which is narrower. However, it retained a lot of the taste and flavor which was definitely appreciated. 4.5/5 Kaya Butter Toast with half boiled eggs set Toast with kaya and butter was crunchy and generously spread. The half boiled eggs were done just right too. Too bad pepper and soy sauce were not provided separately for customers to customize the taste. 4.5/5 Ipoh White Coffee A little watered down taste. Perhaps should get it hot next time. 4/5 Iced Milo The lowlight of the meal. In Malaysia, this is usually done thick with spoonfuls of Milo and condensed milk. As is, it was not what we 'd typically get in Malaysia. Definitely room for improvement. 2/5 Longan and Rambutan drink A little hard to get this wrong. It was just right. Not too sweet and filled with plenty of Longans and Rambutans. There were some white nata de Coco-like pearls added which were a little unexpected. Those were ok. My kids liked them. 4/5
Very authentic food from Malaysia and Singapore. It’s not very spicy and fair pricing. I ordered chicken curry with prawns
I like Tianmu branch. The food tastes great. The clerk treated me very nice. Even though they have dinging time limit, they do not force me away. I think this is the basic attitude a restaurant should have; however not many restaurants like Mr. Chee Kopitiam treat the guests the right way. I will definitely visit here more frequently!
