Au Lac - Da Nang

Although this restaurant has received many positive reviews, I personally did not find it to be as remarkable. The setup is like a buffet where you choose what you want and it is then plated for you. The prices are fairly reasonable, around 40,000 VND. The menu is in Vietnamese and the staff do not speak English, but everything served is vegan so language barrier is not a major issue. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the flavors of the food and ended up only eating half of my meal. Additionally, most of the dishes were served cold, including the noodles. Despite this, I did appreciate the addition of nuts and dried/roasted onions in my dish.

They serve coffee with cow's milk. The restaurant has a logo of LH on the top right side of the shield, but it is not a franchise of Loving Hut. Be cautious.

We were a bit confused when we went to this restaurant as they had a small menu, the said Pho or Rice or Vermicelli and the woman stood over us until we made a decision, we just went with him and ordered a Pho and rice, it turned out that the rice had a buffet plate with different vegetables and fake meat (a bit of Bland, but we added a lot of chili). The Pho was delicious. The whole meal came to 100,000 Dong, who were 2 lots of rice buffets that came with a small soup and a pho-nudel soup.

From the other reviews here it seemed as if it was possible to order a normal restaurant, but on arrival we sat down and a dish of food was simply stacked and given us. However, there was also a free soup and the food was delicious overall, although not made warm or fresh. A (big) dish of food and two glasses of their delicious homemade black sesame soymilk ended with 60,000 VND, which I thought was quite cheap.
