AVOID at all COSTs! Don't come here unless you want to waste your time and money. All employees have the mental capacity of a 3 year old. I just came to eat about and it took 30-40 minutes to get the order. Fun Fact: For uber eats, the meal should be ready or almost ready until a driver takes up. These people should live on welfare again. Better for society.
The girl with the pots and long nails must be fired. We sat on the speaker to order, and nobody answered. When a line was formed, we moved into the window. But what we saw was a male employee who wore a hat and the girl with the braids that don't work. When we stopped at the window, she asked if we were there to pick up an order. We told her no and that we were there to order PLACE. She left, then the guy came to the window. We gave him our order, then she came back and asked us what we wanted. We had to repeat their order four times! I'm not sure if they are slow or what, but what I'm sure is they don't want to work and would rather flirt and half do their job while the customers wait! And that's not the first time this happened. She should be fired because she makes the whole setup look bad.
Usually I would give this place 5 stars, but not today. There was a serious mistake with the mobile app. I ordered to this place (and my phone showed that), but another place was sent my order that consisted for two strokes. Instead of accepting that this was a mobile app problem and trying to fix the problem, the manager told me it was not on his screen and could not help. He gave me a number. He offered to do the order in this place, but it would be charged, and I would have to call to get the other order credited. Unfortunately I drove to the other place and it just went downhill. I give this place a lower rating for not trying to help me fix the problem, that was clearly not my fault.
The worst customer service experience ever. The assistant manager was extremely rude and disrespectful when I asked about an item not being in stock. We ordered the big dill. They didn?t have the ingredients, yet ?fulfilled? the order and didn?t say anything. The only reason I figured it out is because I looked. Charged for an item that they didn?t have; (fried pickles; a side order) and they also didn?t say anything until I asked where they were. We will not be returning to this location bc of the assistant managers attitude alone. People make mistakes, I definitely get that. But there?s no reason to be extremely rude and get an attitude when asked a simple question.
