There's a strong sewage smell in this building and a few bugs crawling around. Very distasteful.

Never thrown away so much food. Food was delivered quickly, and tasted like it had been sitting around all day and then reheated. Rice was really dry, orange chicken and general tsos chicken had no flavor and had a gel texture… we couldnt stomach more than a few bites and had to throw it all away.

I'm very torn about this review as food is so subjective. I will start off by saying the crab ragoons were the best I've ever had. The only ones I have ever been able to actually taste crab flavor. The customer service is amazing. The gentlemen on the phone was polite and explained the situation. The delivery driver is one of the first to follow the directions I left, to leave the food and not knock or ring the bell. I'm impressed. Customer service from both was amazing. However, the soup (spicy sour) and house special beef weren't great. The soup tasted like alcohol to me. I ate two bites and gave up. The beef was covered in seasme seeds which isn't listed oh the menu description. I realize food flavor is subjective so I will give them another try on another dish. Room for improvement: I ordered online and it said I'd get an email. 30 mins later, never got an email. Which is why I called. As mentioned above, gentlemen on the phone was awesome. They either need to have the site send out the email or update the verbiage on the site. I will update my review the next time I try them.

I have been eating food from here for over 20 years plus, it has always been consistently delicious, the portion sizes are great and the free delivery is what puts it over the top. I only gave four stars for atmosphere because I don’t ever eat in anymore, I only have had them deliver. I will say I don’t care for their eggrolls, but that might be just a personal preference.
