Coco Crepes Coffee - Cypress

Very bad customer service. I used to be a frequent customer ,but not any more ?I went there with a big group to celebrate a birthday, we ordered 12 deferent crepes, By mistake instead of order one dulce the leche crepe , we order tres leches. I tried to explain the attendant the error but they had a rude actitud and they did not want to help me.Really bad actitud with a frequent customer.We used to be there every weekend but not any more.

We come here regularly living in townlakes. I brought my son in right at closing, the worker told me it ok and just come in, the place was full still and we were in line for icecream. Another worker came over and ask me to leave, I told her I just want a scoop of ice cream for my son, but she said no we not gonna serve you. Next time lock the door if you don't want to serve anyone. The place still have people dinning and food was still being serve, one scoop of ice-cream for my kid will not hurt anyone.

The best location in town! Quality food and friendly staff. My family regularly enjoys this restaurant and it never disappoints.

Ordered takeout and it was supposed to be ready for pickup in 30 minutes, but I ended up waiting an hour for my food. I understand that preparing good food takes time, but a whole hour for a panini and crepe??? Not sure what the issue was exactly. They forgot the sauce for my crepe and it looks incredibly sad for a white chocolate raspberry crepe. It's delicious but where are the usual toppings? I'd recommend dining in instead if this is the mediocre presentation you get for takeout.

The device was really bad, the lid on the smoothie cup was not sealed properly and caused the drink to spill, the server refused to make another one.The atmosphere was crowded and there was too much noise, also the place was too hot. Not recommended.
