Baskin-robbins - Cypress

I came here to get some ice cream and paid for two sets of two scoops. It's like the guy didn't know how to scoop things up. He literally made a hallow ball which ended up being almost nothing. Very disappointed

Would not recommend if you don't like throwing away your money! I went in for a single scoop and got served a tiny kids scoop, I still paid for a single but there are other ice cream shops that aren't stingy with product worth spending your money like Afters!

Should they really update their hours when they close young 30 minutes before said time or maybe hire workers who don't hate their job? I work in food service, so I understand that I just want to go home, but do they say their closed 30 minutes before closing the time? we can still see them through the window, so it is quite obvious how upset or annoyed this employee looked and they didn't even do anything else than just stand. open light still on and doors open, but closed at 9:30? I don't know it makes sense, so I don't have to be a good one about ice.

Bad customer service! I asked for a quart packed ice cream, the girl seemed irritated and didn’t even go to the top!
